These Terms of Service govern your use of readinside.com and of Online EPUB Reader (the "Reader"), our free Chrome extension and the web reader at app.readinside.com.

Accepting these terms

By using the site or the Reader, you accept these terms. Please read them first, and read the privacy policy, which explains what we do and do not do with your information. If you do not agree with either document, please do not use the site or the Reader.

The Reader

The Reader is provided free of charge to help with a specific task: opening and reading your own e-books. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

Your books are yours

You bring your own files, from your own device or from your own Google Drive, and they stay in your own browser. We claim no rights over anything you open, write, or store in the Reader, and we ask you to use it only with books you are entitled to read.

No warranty

The site and the Reader are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You use them at your own risk. Because your library lives in your own browser's storage, keep your own copies of anything you would be sorry to lose: clearing your browser data, or uninstalling the extension, erases it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the Reader.

Changes

We may update these terms, the site, or the Reader at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
